DePetro Unwelcome at Kennedy Debate (posted October 27, 2000)
WHJJ Radio Talk Show Host John DePetro has been told he is unwelcome at the upcoming October 31, 2000 debate between Congressman Patrick Kennedy and Republican challenger Steven Cabral. This morning, debate organizer and cable television talk show host Glenn Medeiros called DePetro at home and left a message saying if DePetro showed up to cover the debate, he would be removed from the building by security agents. No explanation was given for this decision on the part of Medeiros.
